Q: Why are the credits allocated to me this year different from last year?
A: You may have been allocated with a higher demand peak, high or low season week last year. Because your allocation of weeks differ each year, each member has a fair opportunity to use the time period in the year. Remember that the Total Credits issued to each unit of accommodation never changes. So, all that happens is that the credits allocated to you rotate each year.
Q: I have decided on the destination property that I want to exchange into, What now?
A: Complete the exchange enquiry form “I am an existing member and would like to make a Reservation? and email it to us. We will contact you shortly.
Q: I want to exchange into a property but I do not have sufficient credits. What do I do?
A: Simply deposit a future week/s in the current year or the next year into our exchange pool in order to provide you with a higher credits balance.
Q: When can I deposit my week/s with you to my credit?
A: We recommend that you deposit your weeks with us as soon as you receive your allocation for the year/s.
Q: I have changed my mind about using one of my allocated weeks. Can I still deposit the week/s into the exchange pool?
A: We need at least 3 (three) months notice ie. Deposit your week with us at least 3 months before the start date of your allocated week. If for some reason you are unable to do so, please contact us and should we have another member that needs your week, we will gladly accept it as a deposit to your credit.
Q: I am unsure of the destination that I wish to travel to. Can you help?
A: Submit an enquiry and one of our trained professionals will assist you.
Q: Can I take a short break away from home, perhaps a few days or a weekend?
A: Certain properties permit daily, weekend or mid-week exchanges. Weekends are the highest in demand in certain locations where you will use 75% of the full weeks credits for a weekend break. Also, during certain Peak periods, only full week exchanges are possible. Contact us and we will assist you.
Q: I want to make advance reservations for the on-site facilities or amenities at the property that I am exchanging into. Can you assist?
